All projects involve risk. In today's business climate even the most well-prepared plans must be flexible enough to meet and overcome unexpected challenges. To quantify and manage risk, successful project managers must thoroughly analyse and quantify risk before and during a project, as well as develop effective response strategies to deliver projects that meet stakeholder demands.
