Gantt Chart

Gantt chart is a diagram that general planning to helps user to plan and design a project. User can plan and design a project based on what they going to do, what tasks will be taken and in each task can included how long it will take to finish the task.

An example of using a gantt chart to making a cup of tea.

The diagram is basically showing all the tasks brake down into stages of how to making a cup of tea, and in each task its included the set of time of how long the task will take to complete it. In task 2 and 3, while the kettle is heating up, the user can actually working on the next task at the same time, because the kettle will takes couple of minutes to heat up, so it is benificial if the user works on another task while when working on a task that will taks a long time, this will improve the efficiency and the costs of saving time if the user working on a buisiness project.

  1. Ha - making tea as a project? Why not? It's a humourous way of demonstrating how to produce a Gantt Chart. One problem I can see, though, is that you did not specify the unit you use to measure the time element - is it "second" or "minute"?
